Paolo Rumiz’s new book L’Italia in seconda classe or Italy, Second Class published by Feltrinelli will soon hit bookshops throughout the country.
It’s a really interesting book which collects all the pieces that Mr Rumiz wrote for Repubblica, one of the most important newspapers in Italy.
The idea behind this fascinating book was to make a 7480 km journey across the peninsula; it was a bit like travelling on the famous TranSiberian railway; from the Ural mounts to Viadivostok, said the writer.
