If you are planning to spend your summer holidays in Rome, you may be interested to know that on 11 July Goran Bregovic will give one of his amazing performances at the beautiful Roman Theatre in Ostia Antica.
Here a few tips for you: first if you are a woman do not wear stilettos because the theatre is surrounded by excavations, the lanes leading to it bumpy and the parking lot far off; second buy your snack (if you want to have a bite during the concert) as soon as you arrive so there won’t need for you to hurry up and down those steep steps built in Ancient times and perfect for gods with wings but not for poor humans who have to walk on their own two feet! By the way if you are not a fan of Mr Bregovic, don’t worry, the programme features many other interesting artists such as Battiato and Renzo Arbore.
