While touring to promote his new film The American entirely shot in Abruzzi (the Italian region hit by a powerful earthquake a couple of years ago), George Clooney told reporters that Italy changed his life.
His decision to buy a villa on lake Como revolutionised his attitude to life.
“ That was a pure investment decision – I thought maybe I would spend a few weeks vacationing there.

But then I realized how beautiful life was in Italy and how it really helped calm me and not feel so pressured.
