Italian pasta dish recipes: green tagliatelle from Trento

Just reading this recipes makes me hungry.
You can do many things with pasta dishes, but often the most traditional Italian pasta dish is the best.
Today, we look at green tagliatelle, or fettuccine with porcini mushrooms.
Ingredients: 300 grams of green tagliatelle, 300 grams of porcini mushrooms, 250 ml of milk, 60 grams of butter, 25 grams of flour, dry white wine (for cooking, not drinking!), one garlic clove, parsley, four tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Method: Using fresh porcini mushrooms, clean and chop the porcini.
Toss in a pan with 25 grams of butter and the squashed garlic clove.
Season with salt and pepper, add some wine and evaporate on high heat.
Lower the flame and cook for 15 minutes, adding a little hot water.
