Lasagne is one of the most famous Italian dishes, but this one based on artichokes and scamorza cheese is quite different and will create a sensation!Ingredients: 6/8 artichokes; 200 g cooked ham; scamorza cheese or mozzarella if you prefer; 250 g non- cook lasagne sheets; ½ litre béchamel sauce.
Preparation: remove stems and thorns from the artichokes and then cut them into thin strips.
Next place a small frying pan over a medium heat and cook the artichoke hearts in a little butter, add garlic and pepper.
At this point soak the sheet of lasagne into hot water for a few minutes.
Next place the sheets into an oiled baking dish, arrange the fist layer of lasagne, add the artichokes, the cheese, previously cut into small cubes, and then spread about a quarter of béchamel sauce over the lasagne sheets.
Repeat this process two or three times.
