If you love Italian cinema, then you’re likely to be familiar with the film “Il Postino”, or the “Postman”.
The main character, Mario, interpreted by Massimo Troisi, has all the wisdom you need in his simplicity.
He says:Poetry is not for who writes it, but for who it serves.

You can reach the island from the ports of Naples or Pozzuoli, and also from the island of Ischia.
The various companies who operate ferry services to Procida are: Caremar, from Naples, Pozzuoli, Ischia Porto and Casamicciola, SNAV, from Naples and Ischia, Procida Lines (081.
