As the next red carpet public appearance of George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis approaches, more rumours that Clooney and Canalis will wed have appeared.
In gossip from Italy, Clooney has apparently said that while this is not the time or place to go making announcements, he would be happy to get married, “even tonight”.
While I suspect it’s partly a tongue-in-cheek comment where Clooney is enjoying stirring up the media (any chance you can get), it would seem to indicate his happiness with his lady choice of the moment, Elisabetta Canalis.
In the interview with Tu Style magazine, however, Clooney goes on to talk about his work on television, how he got lucky in life with his acting, and how everything can be reduced to chance (encouraging words for the struggling actors out there).
We wonder though, after declarations such as these, whether it won’t be Elisabetta Canalis who first reveals her hand.
