The famous mozzarella in carrozza is a classic dish from the city of Naples.
Today we’ll have a variation on the theme and add a new and delicious ingredients: zucchini!Ingredients: 160 g scamorza; 1 zucchini; 1 egg; breadcrumb; oil; salt.
Method.
1.
Cut the zucchini and the scamorza cheese into rondelles (remember scamorza slices must be smaller).
2.
Arrange them as if you were making a sandwich (put the scamorza cheese between two zucchini slices).
3.
Beat the egg and add a pinch of salt.
4.
Dip in the beaten egg and coat in the breadcrumbs ( repeat this operation twice).
5.
Fry in hot oil on each side until crispy and golden!
