If you should go to the fish market and come across a fresh squid, this bucatini recipe could make a superb summer meal!Ingredients: 400 g bucatini pasta; 500 g squid; 300 tomatoes; 100 g onions; extra virgin oil; 1 garlic clove ; basil; white pepper and salt.
Preparation: scrub the squib under cold water, cut it into small rings and then put it in a saucepan with a little oil.
Cook for a while and when the squib water has evaporated, add the chopped onion, the garlic and then let the flavours mingle together.
Next stir in the tomato sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile drain the bucatini and put it in the saucepan.
If you wish, add white pepper and chopped parsley.
