Children are not particularly fond of meat but I’m sure they will adore this Italian veal dish!Ingredients: 25 g flour; 60 g butter; 200 g canned tomatoes; ½ cup of white wine; black pepper; 600 g veal escalopes; 120 g Bel Paese cheese.
Preparation: start by making the escalopes a little thinner by beating the pieces of meat.
Sprinkle them with salt and pepper and then dip them into the flour.
Next fry the escalopes in a little butter, add the white wine and cook the escalopes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer them to a clean plate.
In the meanwhile heat the leftover butter in the frying pan, add the cubes of cheese and the tomatoes.
When the sauce looks dense and thick put in the escalopes and cook for a couple of minutes.
