As Prince Louis turns two today, Kate Middleton took a picture of him with a spot of rainbow hand-painting to supporting the NHS. Actually this is a way to make the kids busy by painting rainbow to celebrate the NHS by his parents, just like millions of parents and kids do across Britain.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge released a new set of pictures of their third child to mark the occasion.
The pictures were taken at Anmer Hall, their Norfolk home. As we can see Louis, dressed in a blue checked shirt, also loves his arts and crafts and has no fear of getting his hands dirty. He looks ecstatic to be getting so covered in paint as he makes a rainbow patterned handprint to stick up on the front window of the family home. It originated in Italy and quickly spread to the UK: this is a message of hope is something fun for children spot on their daily hour of exercise.
Kate even carefully painted a rainbow on his hands to make a perfect print. The NHS and its staff is something that William and Kate have put at the heart of their private and professional lives, and this week announced a new initiative to support key workers by providing a dedicated mental health support system. In fact, recently, deaths due to Covid among health workers and care homes increased. Pictures of rainbows started springing up in windows across the country after schools closed in response to the Covid-19 outbreak.
Their three children are also encouraged to take part in the ‘clap for carers’ every week. It will take place again tonight at 8pm. With lockdown in place, Louis will have a party with George and Charlotte in Norfolk and seeing his grandparents, Charles and Camilla, and Michael and Carole Middleton, by video call. A Kensington Palace spokesman said, “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share four new photographs ahead of Prince Louis’ second birthday tomorrow. The photographs were taken earlier this month by The Duchess”.
