The restaurant Biogusto in Rome opened just a few week ago and can seat 80 people.

For second course you can instead choose among several dishes from prawn pie with sultana grapes and pine seeds to carpaccio with rucola and fennel or if you have a penchant for exotic food, salmon à la Russe could be the right thing for you.

There’s also an annexed shop where you can buy all the organic products you want.
The restaurant opens every evening from Tuesday to Saturday.
