The Queen has decided: she celebrates her 95 years privately, because the event happens after the death of Prince Philip. There will be no photos and the event will be low-profile.
Queen Elizabeth celebrates 95 years privately
Just today the Queen turns 95, but she won’t celebrate big because of the moment of mourning that the royal family is going through.
About two weeks ago, in fact, Prince Philip passed away. Royal mourning is until Friday, so there won’t be pictures. Some family members will be with Elizabeth at Windsor Castle. Harry also stayed in Britain and didn’t book a flight back to the United States from Meghan.
Boris Johnson, meanwhile, wrote a tweet in which he says he is proud to be the prime minister under Queen Elizabeth’s reign. He also sends her warm wishes.
I would like to send my warm wishes to Her Majesty The Queen on her 95th birthday.
I have always had the highest admiration for Her Majesty and her service to this country and the Commonwealth.
I am proud to serve as her Prime Minister.

The Queen spent this last year in solitary with Prince Philip and a small family group, known as “HMS Bubble” because of Covid-19. Moreover, this year her husband would celebrate 100 years. For this reason his 95th birthday would have to be more discreet, although it will still be so.
