Covid restrictions will end on July 19

It has been confirmed that the covid restrictions will end on the 19th of July for Uk's citizens.

Sajid Javid is the new UK’s health secretary. He has always been a lockdown skeptical but today seems confident of lifting England’s lockdown up to July 19. Mr Javid is replacing Matt Hancock over the weekend, and the health bosses are urging him to be a voice of cautious in the cabinet.

They explain that despite covid cases are rising, hospitalization and deaths are remaining relatively low. For this reason, restrictions can be eased. It has therefore been confirmed that covid restrictions will end on July 19 for Uk.

Covid restrictions to end on July 19, how’s going around the world

Removing all the restrictions prior the 19th would be a too rushing move. We have seen the past year how a non gradual freeing led to a bad outcome in the September. Now the aim is to abandon the covid restrictions for ever, hoping a non return of covid in September-October.

The vaccine campaign is working well in England, Europe and North America but the situation is still tragic in other countries. This is why we need to be cautious. An example is India, to inoculate its entire adult population by the end of this year they should need 1.8 billion doses. The situation is similar also in Brazil. For these reasons we should replan our holidays and adapt for one last time to the situation.

The 19th of July is closed by, prepare your luggages.
