The lifting of the guardianship of Britney Spears will be back in court in Los Angeles this Wednesday, July 14. It is hoped that justice will come within three weeks of her plea to regain control of her personal and professional life.
After three weeks, the issue of Britney Spears’ guardianship will be heard again this Wednesday in a Los Angeles court.
About ten motions are to be examined by a judge, but it is not known if Britney will speak again.
On June 23 she had testified in court against all violations of her freedom. She confirmed that she had to take medications to control her behavior, that she was not allowed to make decisions about her friendships or finances. In addition, she was not allowed to have an IUD removed when she wanted to have more children.
This Wednesday’s hearing will not be available online. In fact, a copy of the audio from last month’s hearing, which was made available due to the pandemic, has been widely circulated on the Internet.
The 39-year-old singer was placed under guardianship in 2008, when she was in a difficult situation, which was highly publicized at the time.
