On Friday morning, Boris Johnson has given his new Cabinet a “half-time pep talk” at their first meeting. He took off several members of his top team. Before working, the Prime Minister said to the team out loud to spit out the orange peel and work together.
“We adapt our gum guards and our scrum cap. And we get out on to the pitch in the knowledge that we’re gonna have to do it together and going to have to do it as a team,” added him.
Mr Johnson stated to his new-look Cabinet that they have their outstanding value so they made it to the position. However, they should increase the efforts.
Dominic Raab becomes Justice Secretary, while Liz Truss replace him as Foreign Secretary. Michael Gove in the new-look Cabinet is a new Housing Secretary. Michael Ellis has a role as Paymaster General while Penny Mordaunt has a position at the Department for International Trade.
Meanwhile, Conor Burns pick a role as a minister of state in the Northern Ireland Office.
Alex Chalk has been appointed Solicitor General. Robin Walker moves to the Department for Education. Gillian Keegan is a minister of state while Maggie Throup is a junior minister at the Department of Health and Social Care,
Victoria Atkins moves to the minister of state at the Ministry of Justice.
Neil O’Brien has a role as a junior minister at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
