Security sources also revealed Al Swealmeen or Enzo Almeni was not on MI at the time of the attack. Al Swealmeen had no known links to any terrorist groups, reports stated. In the wake of the incident, the UK terror threat level has been increased to critical, meaning a future attack is extremely likely.
