Police are investigating the blast outside Liverpool Women’s Hospital and found a suspected bomber’s name. He is Emal Ad Swealmeen who died in the explosion. Malcolm and Elizabeth Hitchott, Liverpool residents who together with him in for eight months, stated he had changed his name to Enzo Almeni.
